| Sydney: Foundation Gap |
| Directions | go up or down kings road until you see the cape bretoner motel (kind of close to cabot house, that big tall building, and on the same side of the road). the gap is right between the cape bretoner and the old keddy's motel, on the foundation of an old building. |
| Description | really nice runway and landing made of smooth concrete. the landing on part of the gap is made of this brick material. the gap is just a drop on one side, and a grass gap in the middle. |
| Warnings | there is a little clicker that can really fuck you up if you're trying nollie/fakie tricks. also stays wet a bit longer than the rest of the streets, but if it's a warm day you can easily dry it up using bits of grass/shrub. |

| sometimes when you go to this spot it will be wet (small puddles everywhere), since the concrete seems to dry slower than asphalt.
we had a session there once and used grass and shrub roots to sweep the water up. it worked great and once we got rid of the puddles, the wet spots dried up really quick.
